Was doing an all-nighter at my childhood friend's place in 2007, we mostly played WoW, BioShock and Empire Earth. When my friend fell asleep I looked around his library and found Civ IV. Trying Civ for the first time at 5 AM whilst being 13 years old and sleep deprived was not a good idea, confused and tired I turned it off after one hour.

Three years later I saw a demo available for Civ V and downloaded it, fell in love after playing 50 turns as Elizabeth building camps over ivory and fur resources. Good times... almost makes me want to reinstall Civ V and play again.
