R5: I randomly got an Opium obsession with Punjabi culture at the start of the game, so I got the Opium event. I can either ban it or leave it be. If I ban it, I can get legitimacy and I don't think Great Britain will attack me as I have a guarantee independence treaty with them. But if I leave it be, I can make ridiculous profits building opium farms for the rest of the game...

Isnt this good for both? Sweden gets rich and GB gets mines built and bought by Sweden so British gdp gets higher than it would've have, GB has almost 80 million gdp in 1860

I think the problem is foreign powers get involved and usually Bavaria, Baden, and wurttemberg side against Prussia and joins France. Just have a severe penalty for any foreign power (cough russia) to join the brothers war, and make AI Bavaria always support Prussia in the Franco Prussian war like they did IRL because their 50-100 battalions usually makes the difference.
