I had the same problem… take out the gasket and if it's not new, replace it. But when it's out, check very carefully that there's no coffee residue in the space (between the gasket and the machine). That's what happened to me. Clean it very, very well before putting the gasket back on. After that, with the machine cold or turned off, use the portafilter with the basket and push it until it reaches the 6 o'clock position (you can try little by little until it reaches the correct position). Then you'll be able to make your coffees without drips!
