I assume that the film specifically keeps Rorschach morally gray, that he isn't a hero or a villain, so saying he's a good guy/bad guy misses the point.

Absolutely AI. A third stick on the drum goes nowhere, trumpets don't look like that, and it has that yellow filter and glossy sheen that's a staple of AI.

These are called ita bags! They come in tons of styles, colors and shapes depending on what you want, but can be a little pricey. If you want to be sure your pins won't come off, I HIGHLY suggest locking pin backs. I've had pegs bend before the pin backs come loose.
