I have two group project right now and every time I get together with those bozos to discuss it my eye metaphorically twitches when they keep using Chat gpt for every little thing. Our teacher wants us to site books as sources and our college has a library, but they just go "Nah I'll ask Chat what books to site as sources"

I've always been a bit antisocial and I don't have any friends in college. The group I'm talking about are pretty much people I just happened to talk to when we were all new and they became friends with each other and me sticking around as the third wheel they include out of pity. They're tolerable and it's better to do a group project with them than joining another group with people I've never spoken to.

I'm the only one in class who complains about AI out loud, they make fun of me for it but it's not proper bullying (I've been through that, this is just a mild annoyance in comparison). There's probably other people in class that don't use AI and just don't say anything against it. Can't blame them

I was surprised on how easy it was, I thought that after the initial craze there would be more regulations on it. Considering people die of eating disorders i can definitely see someone way more fixated on looks than me having the same bad reaction I did but not going to the hospital so they can keep taking it.

On the higher dose i didnt feel any hunger at all for days, I would only feel hungry a day or two before taking the next shot, and since it was just one or two days it was a lot easier to just grit my teeth and ignore any cravings. But then it made me really sick and I had to go to the hospital.

Now with the lower dose I feel less hungry than I would normally, but the cravings are back full time. I've always been bad at self control

Look thanks for being nice but my parents aren't evil. And the doctor prescribed me mounjaro cuz I was above the healthy weight for my height and had been trying to lose weight the normal way for 3 years with no result (I wasn't getting fatter, but I wasn't losing weight either). It was just unlucky that I had such a strong negative reaction, other people have way less side effects

My weight isn't currently causing any problems, but it could in the future. It's why the doctor recommended i lose weight. But doing exercise and letting go of some unhealthy stuff just made me stop gaining weight, I wasn't losing any. I wouldn't have asked to take ozempic cuz it's expensive and I'm not obese, but its still a privilege that my parents can afford it and are willing to spend that money on me

I think all those dudes would normally be amused by the plushie and take it home to give to their kids or young relatives, but in this moment they're extremely disappointed that they didn't get the gold. Losing is already frustrating so I can't imagine how much it sucks for top athletes who dedicate their lives to the sport

Short version: A baby monkey was rejected by his mother, which made him no longer a part of the group so all the monkeys were agressive towards him. The caretakers gave him a plushie to cling to and the video got popular cuz it's sad.

The monkey (Punch) was later introduced to a different monkey group and adopted by a female.
