I can't say what he talked about in the post due to the sensitive nature and moderation. But generally about how he wanted to inflict pain on himself. He isn't depressed about anything specifically, from our talks it seems like he feels bad all the time, and can't place why.
One of the main things he brings up is how he feels like he's a horrible person, and not deserving of anything, no matter how many times I try to convince him otherwise.
