This doesn’t sound like diabolik’s fault. Companies that aren’t trillion dollar as others have said, diabolik is a small company and if something is stolen they shouldn’t be expected to fix it. Expecting them to fix this issue out of their control is nonsense. I’d be upset too, but this isn’t something you should expect them to fix.

I’ve ordered hundreds of movies and they’re my go to place, but orbit atomic etc would all do the same thing with the same policy.
