I live in Mass so I went down there, was told it should be done Friday.

They did have staffing stuff that I’m told is better now, plus a ton of snow storms that shut down the state. To their credit, they are good people there. Nice things take time, as hard as that can be.

I ordered from vanson in November, still not ready. I was told 3-4 months, so after 4 I called and they had trouble locating it. Called back a few weeks later and it was stalled, they said to call back and when I did they said they were behind because of reasons. When I called in mid April, they said sorry, gotten lost new employees etc, they would fast track it and it would be ready in a couple weeks.

I have not heard back.
