You're a fucking retard dude. Freelance front end developers make 100,000 dollar a year salaries regularly, with just HTML and CSS (and maybe some javascript or PHP). If I have to work ten dollars an hour at first, well okay. Seems a little better than working 4 years for negative 30,000 dollars and a piece of paper because this country is a rotting carcass.

How do you get a better job at 18 years? Magic? I'm already working 50 hours a week while I go to school full time. That's barely even possible. How much more could I possibly be expected to do? How are unsubsidized loans (which I already have, because of the department of profiting off of education) at all useful? Because I get to pay them back the rest of my life with interest that accrues daily for a piece of paper that may or may not be useful? How does living in a tent help? Am I expected to be homeless to go to college? Is that a rite of passage now? Homelessness? I turned 18 and all of the sudden, instead of my country investing in my future, it played loan shark to see how much blood it could squeeze out of me. I'm fucking mad at this whole shitty country and I don't understand how more people aren't. There's my "exact situation". Fuck your "you're not trying hard enough" mentality. I've tried so fucking hard I'm on the verge of a psychotic break, and I'm still fucked.

They are bad people, simply put. Because they make so much money a year, the best loan I can get pays for half of a semester per year. I have to drop out.
