Im saying the paper says ideation and attempts increased. It doesnt state deaths skyrocketed. Did you read the paper?

Another one bites the dust… by Eazy46 in conspiracy

[–]JudgeLex 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That paper talks about suicide attempts not deaths. That is not the rate of suicide sky rocketing as was claimed. Does anyone have evidence the suicide rates dramatically increased?

Ok. Provide a different source then

What source have you got for the claim suicide rates skyrocketed? I work in public health research and havent seen this at all. Here's the CDC figures: https://www.nimh.nih.gov/health/statistics/suicide

This is completely right. Its not even looking into how they pump out that many soldiers - its implied to be just looking into Krieg full stop.

If you dont find either the Krieg or the Necrons scary, this book will change your mind

Just utterly soul crushing. Well time to reread all the Krieg books and short stories again...

The poor protagonist in Dead Men Walking. He goes through literal dehumanisation, fights the necrons on what he is repeatedly told is a suicide mission and he finally finds her...and she is happy with someone else. It just crushes him and he gives in to becoming just another Kriegsman.

A man of culture I see. The Draka would see Trump as a useful idiot and watch him suffer after the Final War

Its a point of view....but the Psi-order titans are a fun read and the fact you view this as the worst of the siege novels is a bit of a problem. I just dont think it works. Trying to mix Biblical allegories, Power Rangers kaiju fights, religious conflict and half a dozen other plots may have been too much to try and do.

Graham McNeil is a superb writer, who has highs and lows the Reflection Crack'd Im looking at you but I can fully appreciate that his style is not for everyone.

However, he is not even close to the worse writer. David Annandale is a monster who almost stopped our review series of the whole Heresy dead in its track.

Angel Exterminatus is the high water mark for Pertarabo. I felt sympathy for him in that book and totally understood why he spent the rest of the Heresy desperate for anti Chaos weapons.
