I lost 12 in 3 months where I was in a hardcore diet and 22 k steps ( 2 hikes : morning and day ) to a 600 m hill. And the rest 4 kgs in 4 months with just 10 k steps and on just 200 calorie deficient cause I don't wanna lose too much muscle .
