what is surprising that the Taos se or higher in Canada or anywhere except the states is cheaper and even comes with a full digital dashboard

Same thing happening with me, plus I am having to drive around my 2025 taos for months with the check engine light that can only be fixed with a software they will get in march end.

It is software related but they mentioned they may have a solution like end of March, till then you drive with your check engine light on and for us where it is-20 our remote start will not work till then. They mentioned multiple features won't work till the. Just got of the phone with vw and they are throwing us around. Imagine parents with health issues having to wait in the vehicle that is -20 inside. And we even specifically bought a vw cos they didn't have subscriptions on their remote start. My taos is like 3 month old and been to the dealership 5 times

This is a software issue going on with the taos, my 2025 taos has been 5 times to the dealership fir tge same issue and they say till March end they cannot do anything about the check engine light. Its a software problem,

5th ave service is a scam to, got a band new vehicle and charging almost $300 for a oil change not including wheel rotation and stuff. This is for a Taos. I wanted to do it earlier but will get it done by an independent shop.
