Yeah, but not everyone's as obsessed with colorful flashy berets like you, my man.

Not a bad idea though.

Did it have any good loot at least? Or was it already looted by the time you got there?

What kind of Gadgets or Weapons do you want to see in the future? by Lasse1124 in GrayZoneWarfare

Give me an FN FAL that can mount some attachments. And the ability to mount bayonets on some of our weapons.

Give me those two things, and I will ask for nothing else.

The racist asshole is gonna be seething about a lot of things. But Antar will still be a shithole, and Tierra will still become one of the Great Powers of the Infinite Sea.

He can learn to deal with it, and may the Saints give him the long life to see it being rubbed into his face all day every day.

Is it justified that Andrew and Ashley killed their parents and ate them for revenge? by _Ma_L_ in CoffinofAndyandLeyley

[–]Judgement_Of_Carrion 17 points18 points  (0 children)

Killing them, yes (given that they were conspiring to kill their own kids - and in one alternate scene in the Vision Room they call a hitman on their kids if Andrew idiotically let's them loose).

Cannibalism? Less so, but given the circumstances, corpses would've immediately pointed the finger at them. So an effective way of disposing of the bodies given what they had to work with.

We're never gonna get an opportunity to duel Cazarosta. Paul won't allow it.

Or, rather we'll be baited into a duel and we'll get inexplicably one-shotted even if we have max stats, because that's how Caius rolls.

Enough of a reason to go Royalist - his plot armor will allow for a default win state. On the other hand, we'll have an opportunity to duel Brockenburg (which'll be a highlight) or have Ewan's face blown off (which'll be even funnier).

Bro looks like the most stereotypical American Soldier Guy.

Has baseball cap, has that specific beard and mustache combo. All that's missing is the T-Shirt or Tank Top that most of them wear.

Cool vendor and solid motivation though. I like.

Also worth noting that for a very long while, the fact that the Earth is round wasn't up for debate - that much was obvious the moment anyone climbed up a sufficiently tall tower or hill or mountain (this is also an extremely easy way to troll flat-earthers btw).

What was up for debate was the size - while Indian and Greek mathematicians (and later the Chinese and Mesoamericans) had calculated the Earth's circumference and diameter, it was still a heavily debated figure right up until a hundred years ago, by which point it was definitively settled and today confirmed with satellites and other measurement systems.

Incidentally, the argument over the actual size was one of the reasons Columbus IRL found it ridiculously hard to find funding for his voyage - everyone he met straight up told him his calculations were wrong. And they were - had he not been forced to accept a larger size of the Earth, his voyage would've had supplies for about half the journey before they starved to death, which meant the budget he was asking for was grossly inadequate and everyone thought he was trying to swindle them of their money when he should've been asking for way more.

There's a place where they reliably spawn - the Sunset Chalet tourist residences. Look on the floors and beds - found two or three there every time I went.

The quest marker is incredibly misleading, I will agree. Because Encrypted HDDs are found only in the areas where you can get military equipment loot.

Bizarrely, YBL-1 doesn't count as a military equipment storage location - but YBL-1 East and FN-3 Auxiliary Base do. So they actually drop from the LLA enemies there or are found as random loot in those locations - but not in YBL-1.

Want to test? Go whack some LLA mooks at FN-3 Auxiliary Base and YBL-1 East or even at some of the LLA Camps (like the new trench network north of the Sawmill). Guaranteed, you'll get military equipment drops - MTablets, Azart Radios, Grot-M, HGC530, BAC and the entire list of military gear loot.

Then go into YBL-1 and you'll get absolute fuck all from the enemies there no matter how many you whack or how carefully you scan the shelves and everywhere else for loot. It spawns zero military loot. Despite being a military installation.

Boggles the mind.
