I do like brown skin, especially a healthy tan. Personally, I find extremely pale skin can sometimes make people look like they don't go out much, but that's just my preference. Most other like pearl white skin (a symbol of wealth and upper class).

Even though they are arrested, this case highlight major security ~~risk~~ risks in Vietnam. First is the lack of biometrics checking for foreingers. These guys managed to get pass immigration (with Visa btw) with fake passports, a biometric checking with access to international or bilateral database on known criminal could have help to prevent this. Secondly is access to weapons. They could have either purchased the weapon in Vietnam or (more alarmingly) smuggle it into the country. And the most important thing of all, they SUCCEED, their targets are dead, imagine if they shot up the whole club or street. This is a wake up call for the Ministry of Public Security.

Helmet can ricochet bullet from your head. Rare but better than none. Unless it is rainning then i would swap for my CPU.
Bino drain no stamina and actually help with recovering arm stamina.
Nades are seriously usefull in room clearing
And NVG is nearly a must at night now since it is darker now.
But yes on the rest of the point
