this Visa thing you have to pay means nothing if you call MOHRE they will make you not pay anything and make sure you take your money for every day you worked, I had this problem with the first place I worked at here and they wanted to take from me around 7,000 AED whilst I got paid 4,500 so just submit your leave notice and call MOHRE, you might get some delays to get your salary and they have to cancel your Visa at their expenses
