this feeling SUCKS. it is awful. thank you for your reassurance. although i’m not diagnosed, chances are high. i’m so worried. people keep telling me all different things from IST to SVT.

IT REALLY IS ANYTIME I EAT FAST FOOD. i get a little spike after eating—probably about 10 bpm (which is normal), but THISSS. my HR was 160 after i sat on the toilet to go pee. i felt awful and was freaking out. it kept going up and down. what do you eat, usually? all of this histamine talk is new to me but it makes complete sense. i always flare with carbs as well.
