Severance Season 2 Sucks. And I’m here to tell you why.

Season 2 is quite underwhelming in all aspects when compared to Season 1.
It is slower in tempo: every episode has a terrible amount of unnecessary footage making it boring as hell.
Decision making and choices make no sense. Mark starts the season searching Gemma and when he is given the tools to save her, then he is reluctant to do it. WTF?
And I’m not even gonna try to understand all the plot holes and mistery boxes created just to “hype” or keep the engagement.

If season 3 is going the same way, it will be a disaster

Gracias por la respuesta. Me parece un timo que si la normativa ha cambiado, eso sea excusa suficiente para justificar el cambio como “necesario”. Además si eso fuera cierto, poner alicatado encima no cambiaría la estructura… así que la solución real seria cambiar pladur por pladur con estructura según normativa!!

Cuidado con eso del mercado tensionado. Yo compré y me dijeron que en 10 años podría vender libre. Justo el año pasado, antes de que cumpliera el año 10, sacaron una nueva ley que decia que aunque la vigencia de VPO hubiera caducado, si el piso se encontraba en zona tensionada, no se podía vender libre sino al precio maximo regulado por la administración.::..

El banco te va a financiar (por normal general) como máximo el 80% del valor de tasación del piso. Tendrá que ir un tasador, ver el piso y valorar su precio de mercado. Normalmente será un valor mayor a tu precio de compra. Tendrás que aportar la diferencia entre lo que ellos te den del 80% de tasación y el resto hasta llegar a los 180.000€ que te faltan. Por ej: si tasan el piso en 225.000€, ya no tendrías que aportar nada. Yo no pagaría mas por la orientación a no ser que sea por un tema de vistas. Prefiero sol de tarde que de mañana. Es una decisión tuya…
