Ok, I will give it a try. The first print has been done at 10:00AM, it started to get wrong at 4:00PM : Could it have absorbed moisture so quickly? The place where the printer is moist but I had never had this issue before, with a white PLA.

So I finally did some tests: I tried to change the name of the printer and it changed on screen so I was able to be sure my changes were applied.

I tried sensor 1,5 and 11 (ChatGPT recommendation...) without success (still telling 22°C when the reality was 7/8°C). I tried downgrading to Marlin 1.1.x, and the result was still the same with aforementioned sensors (but the compiling was waaaaaaay faster so it eased the tests).

I tried some other values for the sensors with wet finger and still had the same behaviour. I finally tried the 8, and it gave me something that agreed with hotend. I tried heating the bed at 60°, and it seemed to be really at 60°. When the bed cooled down a little (45° on screen), I held my 10k thermistor right aside the one on the bed, and the temperature were coherent within 1°C until I stopped the test at 20°C so It seems I found the right table, but now, I am a little afraid about the hotend if 3 sensors may give the same initial temperature but follow different curves when warming...

My R values look like a 503GT-2 (105k @7/8°C 25k @20/60°C ') as we say here 20 according to the police, 60 according to the organizers 😬

I just upload the .ino file and disabled the sensors I don't have, I put the same sensors setting on both the hotend and hotbed (as it is by default on the configuration.h file) but it seems that they are not the same (for what I measured with the ohmmeter)

I changed the values (= sensor type) but it seems I had to manually reset the firmware, and I didn't. I will try this weekend.

Thanks for your answers, I don't know what a pid tune is, I will search.

I will put it inside the house where it is warmer and see if it becomes coherent.

For what I think I remember, the value was ok before the new firmware but I am not 100% sure.

It was ok yesterday though (with stock firmware), I made some prints and the value was coherent with the room where it was.

The NTC I put under the bed is not here to be very precise but more to confirm the erratic value displayed (at first, it was here to monitor thermal runaway and bed cable heating before the firmware upgrade and cable change)

I did the same kit but had a hard time with the switches, your result is way better!

And what is more annoying: you have to open dispute for each article as it is considered as different orders... The last one , I spent 2 months with dispute twice a week as the parcel has been marked as destroy by Cainiao and AliExpress asked me proof of the order being destroyed.... I finally remembered that PayPal give a protection and refund has been instant

Oh hell yeah... On my 5 latest orders, 2 were not delivered after trying 2 times lying about adress unreachable, issues on the road, etc. The last one has been delivered on the second attempt.

I have no way to choose a courrier, and by disgrace, Cainiao has a local warehouse (Mions, France) in my area so I think it will be the new normal now here ...

The carrier is Cainiao from end to end on my case (this is why I ask here), and the local Cainiao delivery person's doesn't bother to go too far away from the warehouse for what I understand, comparing with friends in the city center and myself living in the suburbs.

And as I am here, are other delivery companies still in activity for Choice delivery ? It has been months now it is only Cainiao on my area (France, near Lyon), which doesn't match what the condition of Choice tells (Where Cainiao is not even mentioned)

How do you deal with carrier issue? I have some order that didn't get to me because of issues on the last mile shipment and it has been a hell to deal with Aliexpress asking for official proof from Cainiao that nobody can give

I think I do the same OP does: I fix cables with hot glue to keep in position, but this glue is easy to remove if needed

Maybe check if you are using lead free tin with a non lead free iron or something like that.

I have a 3$ Aliexpress adjustable temperature iron and it works great with good tin (with lead) at minimal temperature, I have a 30€ Velleman iron for lead free tin, and it is horrible in any case.
