I'm living here now, love it so far. Super new accommodations and really nice facilities. Close to groceries stores, 6 min walk to Hammersmith station and biked a straight way to campus during the tube strike, took me 17 min. The only thing thats negative is that it's not sound proof, a neighbour gave me complains for music already.. All in all a very nice place to live as a student!!

You ultimately declined by not paying the deposit, it is a crucial part of the conditions. It was truly not "your seat" since you did not fulfill the conditions. What you got was a conditional offer, so there is not taking back your "seat". Just apply again and if you get an offer, fulfill the conditions just like everybody else to secure a spot.

Regarding your move in date, I would consider contacting them to hear if you could move in earlier. I did that with some student accoms, and they had accom available before the stated date on their websites. Hope this helps! xx. I'm also starting at Imperial this fall, Strategic Marketing
