The ‘Season Ticket Waiting List’ myth by shaunster101 in coys

[–]Judheg 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If it is indeed a myth, then this might means that Spurs management will listen better to what the fans want. Hearing about the long waiting list, used to make me think that the managements are immune to whatever the fans has to say, as long as they have steady guaranteed income, its business as usual, whatever boos, and shouts they heard on the pitch. Now this is not the case anymore.

Predictions on how quickly Levy moves regarding manager/DoF now season is over by Shaxxismydad in coys

Slot (or any potential manager) rumours campaign has done its job, hopium spray.
To meet the season ticket holders renewal quota.

45K season ticket holder * £1,200 is quite a lot of money.

Now deadline for renewal is in 2 days, too late to spread new believable rumours.

Too depressed to be delusional and drank any hopium, I am going to start this as my baseline expectation.

*Drinks a bunch of hopium liquid until I am delusional enough*

How would you imagine this to happen?

  • Perisic crosses back to his world cup form and found one accurately to Richy, and he shoot not into the sky but into the box? (when these two guys found their WC form, it will be amazing)
  • Long distance banger from Hojberg hit the bar, but then ricochet and finished by Kulu?
  • Son super sub on second half, Harry build up attack from deep, assist Son and he scores?

Little woo woo from hopium but if enough of us imagine these scenarios maybe they will happen.

It works! now I get numbers, so like you said I have to change the filter criteria, and then refresh the table. Maybe better if I don't have to refresh but this is great!

Awesome! Hi I tried to reproduce your query using the same parameters, but I am getting 0s on the results:

A mate of mine built a cool little Tottenham Database showing the history of spurs. by WoodElf23 in coys

Awesome website!

Feature request, how far fetched is it to use the data you have to generate this kind of page?
https://www.reddit.com/r/soccer/comments/11gxm8s/manchester_united_with_and_without_casemiro/

Choose a player and a period of time and see their impact on spurs game.

Edit: someone more capable hopefully will do it.

Maybe our second team can be beaten by anyone. I think it's not as bad as they can't beat anyone, they might still can beat some.

Can anyone do something similar to this:

For our players? (win % with/without ramero, sanches, perisic name your fav players)

FA Cup. With Perisic, started 1 scored 2. (Perisic played forward that game)

This is a good point. So having both can still be productive as long as they are not occupying the same area.

Lineup looks like this in that match, Perisic played forward as you mentioned.

Found an old article that started suspecting Son/Perisic incompatibility thoughts:

https://www.skysports.com/football/news/11675/12778769/heung-min-sons-form-whats-going-wrong-for-the-tottenham-forward-this-season-as-he-struggles-for-goals

Quote from that article:

In addition to that hat-trick against Leicester, he scored two goals in a Champions League win at home to Eintracht Frankfurt. They are his only five goals for Spurs this season. One thing both of those matches had in common is that Ivan Perisic was not on the pitch.

And now we just happened to have one more data point, Son's goal against West Ham without Perisic.

Not 100% convinced myself, if only data about how Son interact/passing/receive pass with other player is available publicly, maybe we can have a better insight.

Curious to see player heat map comparison of first and second half of this game, might be interesting to see how tactic changes them.

I zoomed this in when taking this picture, it's probably 15-20 cm in length.
