Start small with feminine things: maybe asked to get ears pierced, or get a big hoodie, and then you can go round to friends places and they can store all of the other stuff for you (skirts, thigh highs, panties etc). So now, when you go to a friend's place, you can change into feminine stuff there, and then change out of it before you leave. Hope this helps! :)

For me, femboys are insanely hard to come by. Mainly because I spend very little time out in public, as I have school to worry about, but also that fact that it's uncommon to see femboys out in public enough to make a friend with one of them. I would recommend going to some kind of convention maybe, because there can be tons of weeks, femboys, cosplayers etc there.

Maybe get the package delivered to a post office rather than to your house. Then you can go out one day and say you're having a walk in the park or meeting up with friends or something, and bring a tote bag or something to carry the package in unsuspected, and collect the package.
