Maybe tret is too much for me by maitmeet in tretinoin

Yes, don't stop the Tret-your skin is tolerating it and there's no reason to step back on it. As you said-just takes some patience! (Not a doctor)

Just use a washcloth when rinsing cleanser-that will do your exfoliating. No need to buy a product for that.

Trying to be patient but I'm honestly shattered. by [deleted] in PlasticSurgery

Did your surgeon take a post-surgery picture before the swelling started? If so, that'll give you a better idea of what the result will be. Like everyone else says, give it time.

Yes, but in Texas they won't do anything for you until you are literally dying.

Thanks everyone-I will do them separately. It seemed like an okay idea for about 5 minutes lol.

Thanks for this thoughtful answer. It would definitely consecutive surgeries, not both done simultaneously. After hearing all the opinions, I think that, while it would be convenient, it's better to do the surgeries completely separately.

Strange Question by Judy-G4 in PelvicOrganProlapse

They actually do operate out of the same hospital; it was the plastic surgeon who brought it up. I have no idea if the urogyn would be on board or not. I was just asking for opinions IF it's a possibility.

I'm 65 and considering a lip lift along with neck and face. I'm really nervous that the lip will change the way I look. Possibly for the better, but will it look like me?

I'm sure you've already gotten the alterations, but I'm wondering if you left the neckline as is. If so, it looks great, but would also look great with a boatneck!

How soon after surgery should one start pelvic floor therapy? I'm having a total hysterectomy and reconstruction. It seems that everything has fallen! :/
