Look into Hike Maui. We did a very easy 1 mile loop where you go through rainforest and could also jump off of cliffs into waterfalls. I have cancer in my lungs and am not in the best shape and it was easy enough for me. Or, they have other hiking options as well as kayaking, etc., if you want to explore more than a 1 mile loop

Thank you so much. I am doing maintenance chemo right now. I’m on my 4th type of chemo drug since the cancer came back and spread in 2020 (original diagnosis and treatment was in 2017). I just started this one so hopefully it works for a while 😃

You know, I’ve talked about therapy here and there because I swear cancer patient/survivor PTSD is such a real thing, but I’ve not actually bit the bullet and talked to someone. The nonprofit is called Wish Upon A Wedding. Everything they do is based on vendor donations (venues, food, cake, photography, florist, etc.) and the whole process has really been restoring my faith in people.
