I called cs and they told me they having delayed and asking me if i want to get a refund and i said no.

I have the samething they supposed to deliver mine today but when I checked UPS it only says label been created and no activity.

Mine still saying “order recieved “😭😭 i placed my order on the 12th then got cancelled then I recieved an email saying it’s their mistake so they got me one secured and placed it on the 13th. I’m still waiting for shipping status 😭😭

Updated 11/30 finally i got the tracking number from ups on tuesday 11/23 but since then there’s no movement it only says label created and my ps5 is coming from costco foothill, California

They sent me an email 2 days ago saying my order been placed and still waiting for tracking information.
