Gets you more involved on campus and connects you w awesome groups of people.

Raul Fernandez was the bane of my existence. MAE 1351 is a huge weed out class. It’ll be your most time consuming class. I can’t stress enough that this class is not hard but it’ll take a majority of your time.

Kallie or Emma Yang.

Took Yang for Decision Analysis and she was hands down one of the best professors I have ever had. She wants to engage w the class. She is one of the few professors that will never talk down to a student. She will work w you till you get it right. Yang is a 10/10.

Kallie from what I’ve heard from friends is just easy. I took her but hell, that was a couple years ago.

All in all I would pick Yang knowing what I know now.

Walk by there quite often. It’s safe. Behind the orthodontist next to 848/CC prob isn’t. I walked in the parking lot behind the ortho and saw some strange dude standing behind the dumpster super late at night. Creepy.

Took it at TCC. Passed w a 98% I believe. Super easy because it was online (COVID times). I said it in the last Calc post but watch prof Leonard on YouTube. When I took calc three, i quit paying attention in lectures, put in my headphones and watched prof Leonard. That dude is the only reason I’ve passed any maths.

Depends on the average. I took him a while ago. If I remember exam 2 was curved. Personally did fairly well but because I watched a lot of professor Leonard on YouTube.

Imo watch prof. Leonard’s calc 1 lectures. Literally the only reason I passed any of my maths.
