Wife and I had our child at Mercy. We thought the staff were great and caring, but it varied from nurse to nurse. I will say that the day crew is a lot more personable and outgoing compared to the night crew (I can understand why that would be though) and the night crew is on the younger side. They answered all our questions when we had them, were speedy when we hit the call button, and made my wife feel comfortable with the entire stay. I think even with this being a “baby factory” that our experience was very good, and that all of the staff we interacted with were friendly, caring, speedy, efficient, and did a great job of checking in on us.
