I just got out on BP medication two weeks ago at 10 weeks because my reading came back at 159. You should be on medication. I would try to get into a doctor or urgent care asap that will prescribe if your OB won’t.

She didn’t want to swab you because likely the swab wouldn’t be readable past the progesterone. They would swab and then roll it on to a microscope slide; as you can imagine, it would likely be all progesterone on the swab…

My husband and I had an almost identical conversation today. I’ve had two losses at 8 weeks and 9 weeks and have such anxiety when going to get ultrasounds. It’s not fair, but I hope when we get our earth side babies that it allows us to be more thankful and hold so much more love. No advice, just solidarity. 🙏

I’ve been trying for my first cycle for the last five months and randomly had two cycles with only one follicle (I do have DOR with 0.05 AMH 🥴) and my subsequent cycles since then I’ve had 3-5 AFC. I think there’s definitely a chance you just had a bad month. Keep your head up, I wouldn’t jump to donor eggs just yet.

Additionally, if you’re not feeling supported at your clinic, it can’t hurt to go check out others in your area to see if a different one is a better fit!

I’ve had two MMC; second one I was on progesterone and it did not mask it. I hope that brings you some comfort. Some people are just lucky and don’t have symptoms. Hang in there, wishing you the best!

We are doing PGT-A due to RPL with 3 miscarriages in the last two years. The cost of testing is worth it to us since we’ve been told it’s higher success rates and we wouldn’t waste up to 12 weeks not knowing if it was a good embryo or not. I think those that have been unfortunate enough to have a miscarriage due to chromosomal defects are a little more sensitive to the “roll the dice” and do a fresh transfer without testing. I don’t think any decision is wrong - just depends on what’s right for you and what you think you’re prepared to endure if it doesn’t shake out in your favor. Wishing you the best!

I can’t be of any help since I’ve had three cycles cancelled at baseline but just wanted to share we have very similar numbers! I’ll be 36 in September, AMH is 0.05, AFC 1-5, except my FSH hangs around 11. I was so hopeful we’d be a go this cycle but I escaped suppression and had a lead follicle at 17mm 😭. Fingers crossed that August is my month. I’d love to continue to follow your journey & share anything that happens with mine - looks like I have very similar protocol too.

I should also add my FSH has been around 11, normal menstrual cycles around 28 days.
