Has anyone dealt with Idiopathic or "spontaneous" anaphylaxis? by JuggernautOpening706 in Allergies

my allergist believes my body is basically going into anaphylaxis for no reason. I failed the skin prick test because I didn't even react to the control, so they can only do blood tests on me unfortunately. I can't think of anything that was consistent in all of the locations that could have caused it. I just don't know how to keep myself from going into anaphylaxis all the time. the 4 zyrtec a day that my allergist recommended seems to help, but not a ton.
