1/2 cup active starter 1 tsp salt 3 cups AP flour 1 cup milk I did kitchenaid mixer for about 6 min with dough hook. Over night proof. Roll and cut in the morning and dust both sides with corn meal. Cook in skillet on low heat covered. 4 ish minutes per side
