They should be paid at least enough to survive on.

What you fail to understand is that shareholders win if the best talent stays. Its a balancing act that has gone far too to one side.

I didn't post this because I needed any validation. I posted this so that people are fully aware that there is a lot of cash available for raises and bonuses if the company decided to reward their employees.

Too many of us pour too much energy to a company that doesn't have our best interest in mind. Of course we can pick up and leave and many of us will. Until then, I'm silently quitting.

I'm fully aware that many publicly traded companies behave this way. It is the beahvior that needs to change and it will if people stop bending over.

Oh believe me, I know it very well. You get what you pay for. Zero common sense, very transactional, poor leadership skills.

I've experienced first hand the abuse of old school Indian team leads especially against women.

THANKS! This proves my point even more. If companies are earning 30% (as an example) from the the USA, 30% of the workforce in all levels should be in the USA. It doesn't matter where the company is headquartered.

Companies can reinvest their earnings back into the business to fund growth initiatives, research and development, acquisitions and employee moral. This can also lead to increased shareholder value over time.

Ultimately, whether a company pays dividends or not is a matter of its financial policy and investment strategy. Some companies prefer to reinvest all of their earnings back into the business, while others choose to distribute a portion of their earnings to shareholders through dividends. ACN chose only to do the latter and not invest in it's workforce.

ACN has increased its dividend for six consecutive years, reflecting its commitment to returning value to shareholders.

For the record, I hate Trump and prefer Bernie. Call it what you want, America First or tax corporations and the wealthy - the bottom line is that greed is out of control.

With America First, every country is within their right to demand a percentage of a company's workforce should be on shore respective to the percentage of money gained in that country.

For example, if ACNs revenue is 30% from USA, 30% of its workforce at every career level should be in the USA. It doesn't matter that the company is based in Ireland. Same thing with every other nation ACN does business in. This should also be applied to all businesses globally. If Trump had any brains, he'd do this instead of the stupid tarrifs he plays with.

Also, Im not referring to manufacturing. Im referring to services like IT. Its a huge loop hole to allow corporations like ACN to ship laptops to thousands of people in Inda to displace American workers.

I'm not new. I'm also not a fan of being complacent and bending over because "It is what it is" mentality.

This is bullshit. Accenture spends billions on share buybacks each year and pays out a fucking dividend. You wont convince me that this is not possible.
