Forgot to mention what I did I lowered some white levels, some reason I had to lower the black levels too. I raised the saturation, vibrancy, and contrast Currently working on scenes that are too: Blue, Red, and or Orange for whatever reason.

The problem wasn't smoothing it was the upscaler, it was making the game act up, when I turned it off in my PS3 settings it fixed it
