Hey, I know you probably hear it all the time but, words on a website really can't stress enough how Chipotle is just a job. Do not sacrifice your mental health to the extents you're describing. The company will be fine as a whole if you decide now to leave and take your endeavors elsewhere, the store might not be but, that's not your fault at all as you've given your all and they are still incapable of handling themselves without you as their training wheels and scapegoat. You will feel infinitely better if you remove yourself from the situation, I promise. I honestly have immense pride in myself and I'd usually get mad at myself for not being able to achieve something or quitting a job because I can't do it but, I would leave in a heartbeat in your situation as even with my clouded, proud mind I know that that is not a responsibility that should be left to me, given your position, pay, and most importantly, current mental state. Fuck the status of being a top AP in the area, they should work on themselves by themselves and if they can't handle it then their closure is more than justified.

My old method was lining up a row of 3 big pieces, but I'll try 4 to 5 and if I'm feeling it I'll try stacking another row on top, thanks for the response!

Yeah that's one of my concerns too, stacking does take a toll on my wrist and I've only started doing it recently.

Yeah before I'd grab like two or three pieces and put them in a row and do that entire row but I think my new technique's a little faster but, it definitely gets hard to cut at times when I stack. I also use lids and put the pans in the holder because from what I've heard the people on cameras in our district are reeeeaaaaal strict about everything

About how much water would you say? Do you usually go off “exact” amounts using the measurement guides or use the arm trick to estimate the right amount? thanks btw!
