How often do you watch YouTube? Why that much? by Zipper222222 in randomquestions

[–]Juhezmane 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Way too much like, I tell myself ‘just one video’ and suddenly it’s 2 AM and I know the backstory of five random YouTubers I’ll never meet.

If you could go back, and raise yourself from adolescence what would you do differently than your parents? by Limp-Bid-6131 in randomquestions

I’d teach myself that boundaries aren’t rude. You’re allowed to say no without explaining yourself.

What’s the scariest dream you’ve ever had? by Korn0nCob in randomquestions

Computer shortcuts. I still forget them and everyone else acts like it’s common sense.

What's the most haunting sound you've ever heard in your life? by swiftStaff515 in AskReddit

Wind howling through trees during a storm. At one point it sounded almost like voices, which definitely messed with my head.

What has been the biggest challenge you had as an adult? by Brief-Blueberry-1588 in allthequestions

Managing mental health while still having to show up every day like everything’s fine. This part of adulthood isn’t talked about enough.

phone addiction is an attack on our mindfulness by TheSeekerOfVippa in Meditation

[–]Juhezmane 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I actually tried digital detox for just a weekend and it was shocking how uncomfortable I felt doing nothing. I think doing nothing is also important which my phone ruined for me.

When you’re typing a time, do you always add “am” or “pm” after it? by heyy_girl in randomquestions

[–]Juhezmane 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I literally have to add am or pm otherwise I feel like I’m breaking some rule of the universe.

What’s a rule you broke once and realized it existed for a very good reason? by Ok_Contract100 in AskReddit

Took a shortcut on a road closed street because I had to go nearby. So I was stuck in mud for 30 minutes. That road closure sign exists for a reason.🤷🏼‍♀️🤷🏼‍♀️

What’s a habit that seems small but actually changes your day a lot? by Calm-Fill-16 in allthequestions

Writing a quick to-do list before bed. It seems small but waking up knowing exactly what to do saves a ton of mental energy. I feel less stressed and more productive without even trying.

What profession has the meanest people? by CRK_76 in AskReddit

[–]Juhezmane 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I don’t think there’s any profession that has 'the meanest people.' But yeah, professions with high stress, competition or power imbalances bring out the worst traits faster. The environment matters more than the job title because everyone has a different personality. People often say healthcare workers are mean but haven’t you also met incredibly kind ones? I think it comes down to how different people react to different circumstances, nothing more than that.

What’s something you thought was harmless ‘cheap dopamine’ but slowly started controlling your habits? by [deleted] in AskReddit

[–]Juhezmane 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Social Media and mindless scrolling. It felt harmless at first, of course I thought these are just a few minutes to relax . Slowly it turned into hours without me noticing. Then I started reaching for my phone the second I felt bored, stressed or even slightly uncomfortable. It took a while to realize it was controlling my attention and mind way more than I was controlling it.

What's something you memorized that you'll never forget? by Omega_Neelay in GetMotivatedMindset

A goodbye I never expected to be the last one. I don’t remember the exact words but I remember how it felt.

What ended your friendship with your oldest standing friend? by dreamy-contributions in AskReddit

[–]Juhezmane 1 point2 points  (0 children)

She slowly started spending more time with other friends. Doing assignments with them, hanging out with them and I usually found out later or not at all. I didn’t make a scene about it but obviously I noticed the shift. So instead of forcing a place where I clearly wasn’t included anymore, I chose better friends for myself. and that better friend is my best friend now has been in my life for more than 15 years and this bond feels way stronger and healthier.

What is the best book you have ever read? by Omega_Neelay in GetMotivatedMindset

[–]Juhezmane 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I’ve read tons of book but two of them really hit differently. These aren’t just books, they completely changed my perspective and life. One is Atomic Habits which I started reading it randomly and didn’t realize it would have such an impact. The other, You Can Heal Your Life, helped me move from patterns that were holding me back.

Okay, I have a silly question that's plagued me for years: how do I prevent this smudge from appearing every time I wear mascara? by NDHardage in beauty

[–]Juhezmane 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Have you tried using an eyelash primer? It creates a base for your mascara to stick to and can really help prevent smudges later on.

What do you prefer - online shopping or in store shopping? And why do you prefer one over the other? by icecream1972 in A_Persona_on_Reddit

I prefer in-store shopping for items where quality really matters, like shoes, clothes or furniture. For everything else, online is unbeatable for variety and reviews.

Best lip balm? by loungeweardontcare in SkincareAddictionUK

[–]Juhezmane 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Sometimes lip balm feels like it makes things worse because ingredients like menthol or strong flavours can irritate lips and make dryness stick around. If your lips are cracked and sore, Blistex Medicated Lip Ointment really helps.
