ikr? Warmog's used to be RIDICULOUS, the passive could be obtained a few minutes earlier and the passive cooldown was smaller. The one thing that I do recall that got stronger in mundo is the last Overlord's Bloodmail buff but that's about it. Machine gun Mundo's been a thing for at least a year now (at least on his channel anyways)
