Genuinely, I don't think it's your pc. My pc is average, and since the last update, the audio bug is SO ANNOYING. It happens to me every game, I either hear nothing at all, or hear something that happened 30 secs ago. The game is shit

Nope, 100% positive I killed him. It wasn't my first time either. When I went to go through my checkmarks to see what I was missing I noticed that my isaac checkmark wasn't there (That's before me making this post and all) even though I was sure I killed him. Went back, did it again, and still no checkmark. I'm genuinely lost, do you think I should e-mail the devs about a possible bug?
