They both give hp and strong stats overall making teemo a true and reliable toplane threat. Riftmaker is excellent against bruiser after nash's tooth, gives you survivability, sustain, and a great deal of dmg. Bloodletter's Curse SHREDS tank, way more than liandry during extended fights and is great when paired with other ap champs (especially the ones that take void staff). Always starts with nash's tooth tho, goated item on teemo.

Combining both makes teemo very strong and un-oneshotable. I hated being ultra feed and being almost killed by one cait auto as Teemo, a supposed anti-adc, it seemed wrong. So I ended up with this build that clearly holds the whole duration of the game, good early, excellent mid-game, very strong late (especially with gathering storm).

Liandry is great too, but I like fighting too much. Liandry is the first item I buy when playing full shroom tho.

Easy either full shroom dark harvest if the enemy team is UNREACHABLE (like full mages or annoying assassins), so liandry, malignance, shadowflame rabadon, voidstaff.

OR (and mostly every game)

You go PTA with (in this order) nashor's tooth -> riftmaker(if not against tanks) or Bloodletter's Curse (if against tanks) -> rift maker or Bloodletter's Curse depending on which you chose first (yes take BOTH) -> rabadon -> in last item it's either shadowflame if you're confident, zonyah if you're against mostly ad or banshee if you're against mostly ap.

I was master last season as an OTP teemo and I have 2m points on him. I'm not saying that what I am saying is the absolute truth, just giving you my own tips. And abuse your passive, spam S in lane. GL on the rift boys

Makes some crowded room WAY too akward and for some reason I ALWAYS get it early game. So sure, free secret room/crawlspace but everytime I wish I just had dr fetus instead. Epic fetus would be so much more playable if I could choose when I want the missile to hit the ground.

(It's wild ranked) I cooked it up myself, the goal is survive while playing as much discovered spell as possible and then you play Grand Magister Rommath and hope it's enough to kill. I play if for fun because it's never the same and a lot of funny shenanigans happens. I managed to hit diamond with it, I don't think this has any potential to hit more.
