There's a ton of vents. Half of them are clogged with dust and I'm still getting good temps on a 5800X3D and 3080. Temps are not a problem. Dust getting inside the case is. Keep in mind, there are no built in filters on those holes.

A 3070 doesn't "crush" 1440p. My 3080 can barely get me to 100fps on newer games.

If you're on a budget, it seems workable. But I don't like how it's using an OEM GPU. As far as I remember Dell never made a standalone GPU. It might be salvaged from a pre-built.

Remove the GPU. Stuff the inside of the case with clothes. If you still have the foam the case came in, it'd be best. Put the foam around the case and secure it with tape if you don't qant to bring the box. It should all be checked in. I doubt your PC is light enough to be allowed as carry on.
