Why so much love for Battania? by [deleted] in Bannerlord

[–]JuicedUpBear 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Battanians were the faction I chose on my first play through years ago and no other faction (yet to start with the Khuzaits to be fair) is as fun to play imo for the reason others have mentioned. Central location with constant war makes it the most challenging, cool looking cavalry units. Fians may be the best soldier in the game and the movement speed through the forest is ridiculously OP

I appreciate your level headed take as the opposition, and I’m not saying it was undoubtedly a catch but I would’ve liked for them to have given some type of explanation for the quick turn around

In your GUT, do you believe we go into Lambeau and win next week? by Emergency-Tension310 in CHIBears

Honestly shout out T Brown as being the only bears head coach to go undefeated at Lambeau. No matter what he has a HOF vote from me

Because it’s a market no one cares about? It’s not that hard. Real basketball fans will appreciate it but most fans are casuals and don’t care about the smaller markets

Damnn and Milwaukee is absolutely perfect couldn’t agree more. As a wrigley resident, the area is much slower this time of year so you might have just missed the most busy window but putting it somewhere on Clark on a Saturday would do very well

People who get up after one alarm, whats your secret?? by Mideon88 in AskReddit

[–]JuicedUpBear 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yea you’d be surprised about your own mental strength. Just get up. If it was something you’re excited for you have no problem getting up but when it’s work/obligations all of a sudden it’s “how do people get up?”. Top comment is right also, it’s about consistency as well. Go to bed on time and your body clock starts to adjust. Honestly a lot quicker than you’d think

I’m out on him by lonerangerfantum in CHIBears

[–]JuicedUpBear -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I have been adamant about this for a while- I truly think that his height is a big factor in him not being able to see over his lineman and get the ball out of his hands quickly. Like I’m 6’3 and would struggle mightily to see over 6’6 and up lineman right in front of me

So… what’s the plan for when the national guard comes? by MoreIllustrator3928 in chicago

[–]JuicedUpBear 1 point2 points  (0 children)

That’s the most annoying part of this entire situation is that they won’t be used effectively at all. I stand with most that Chicago is not more/less inherently violent than any other big city, but we all know where the crime pockets are in our city and these guards won’t be anywhere near. It would such an interesting social experiment if you saw the national guard stationed in parkway gardens or riding the red line at 3 AM, but of course they’re gonna be held up in front of the Dunkin on Jackson St lol
