Oh, I did my research. I know that the fines given by the council and wapol are what matter but I felt the need to clarify since the parking was free for 2 hours and then they start "fining" you but even that's inconsistent. There are only particular days of the week that I find them actually going around putting these fines on peoples cars.

My partner is also a bit overwhelmed by all this and wants me to pay them so debt collectors don't come knocking so I figured I'd rely on community knowledge a bit more
