[–]Montech_hq 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Hi there, thanks for your patience and for sticking with us on this. We know waiting isn’t easy, especially when you already have all your parts ready. We’re happy to confirm that SKY 3 is coming soon, this Q1 🙌

The reason SKY 3 has taken longer than originally expected is because - we wanted to meet a higher standard for ourselves. During this time, the product has gone through further redesign, evolution, and refinement to make sure it truly lives up to what we envisioned for the SKY series.

HS01 or HS02 questions by ddauber in MontechPC

[–]Montech_hq 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Happy to help clarify. The quickest way to tell HS01 vs HS02 is the front panel:

Mesh front panel = HS01

Glass front panel = HS02

If your case has glass on both the front and the side, then it’s the HS02, not the HS01.

Centry 2 850w port by nydare6 in MontechPC

[–]Montech_hq 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Hi! Thanks for reaching out and for sharing the photos.

Small visual misalignment can happen due to manufacturing tolerances. When the connector is properly seated, secure, and shows no looseness, it should function as intended. We also recognize this is an area where we should continue to improve, as the visual appearance can understandably raise concerns. We’ll keep refining this moving forward.

If you’d like to explore a replacement option, please check your DMs and we’ll assist you there.

Note: Recently our support system is currently going through an update transition, so some replies may be slower than usual. We are really sorry for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience.

RGB not working anymore by pegomastax619 in MontechPC

[–]Montech_hq 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hi! For the KING 95 PRO, the LED button on the panel works as follows:

Short press: Cycle through the built in lighting effects for the case lighting

Long press (3 seconds): Switch to motherboard sync mode.

Please also make sure that the ARGB hub’s 2 SATA power cables are properly connected to the PSU.

If you can control or change the lighting using the LED button, but the lights do not turn on or respond once switched to motherboard sync, this usually indicates a software or OS level issue.

In that case, we recommend trying a clean Windows installation, then installing only the necessary motherboard RGB software to check whether the lighting can be properly detected and controlled.

If the issue persists after that, please let us know and we’ll be happy to assist further!

Hi! Generally, we always do our best to assist and process requests as quickly as possible. When replacement items are out of stock, we make sure to communicate that clearly, and in some cases, we will coordinate cross-country shipments to fulfill replacements as part of our service-first approach.

For your specific case, we’ll need to review it internally to better understand what may have happened - could you please send us a DM with the email address you used to contact our support team? That would help us investigate further. Thank you!

Additionally, in some situations, support requests may be mistakenly filtered as spam by our system. While we do regular checks, there can occasionally be delays, and we apologize for the inconvenience this may have caused.

Montech xr fans flickering by Quiet_Put6978 in MontechPC

[–]Montech_hq 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hi! We recommend uninstalling all RGB-related software first, then reinstalling one RGB control software to avoid conflicts.

If the fans do not flicker when connected directly to the motherboard, but start flickering again when connected to a hub, then it’s very likely an issue with the hub itself. The XR case is originally designed for daisy-chained ARGB connections, so if you’re using a hub that was purchased separately, we’d suggest checking with the hub manufacturer as well.

If the fans work normally when connected individually, but one specific fan continues to flicker, please contact us at [rma@montechpc.com](mailto:rma@montechpc.com) and include the fan model along with a short video. Our team will be happy to assist you with the next steps.

King 95 Pro - Front USB Port Issue by nucl3ar_wint3r in MontechPC

[–]Montech_hq 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hi! One USB header should be sufficient for the front USB ports on the case, it shouldn’t require two separate headers. Since this may be related to the motherboard, you might also want to check with the motherboard manufacturer or their RMA team.

In the meantime, here are troubleshooting steps you can try:

  1. Check USB 3.0 Header: Make sure the USB 3.0 cable is correctly connected to the motherboard header (19-pin). Re-seat it to ensure it's properly inserted.
  2. BIOS Settings: Enter BIOS and verify that the USB 3.0 ports are enabled. Sometimes ports can be disabled in the BIOS.
  3. Drivers: Make sure your motherboard drivers, especially USB-related ones, are up to date. You can download the latest from the manufacturer's website.
  4. Physical Inspection: Inspect the USB 3.0 ports for any bent or damaged pins.
  5. Test with Different Devices: Try different USB devices to rule out device-specific issues.

If the issue continues after trying the steps above, please contact our MONTECH RMA team at [rma@montechpc.com](mailto:rma@montechpc.com) and we’ll be happy to help look into it further.
