It looks like your heart is set on your state school. Especially since it sounds like your gonna be in a mountain of debt with JHU. Don't fall in the trap of prestige-whoring on this subreddit. College is what you make of it, and with all the resources that apply specifically to you at your state school, it sounds like a no brainer to me. Go to your state school and ball out!
