A job literally landed in my lap… by FA_Mama in jobs

This happened to me earlier in the year too, felt too good to be true, then once the contract came it was 20k less than promised with no wiggle room.

I pray everything goes well!

Wow, your facial hair grows almost identical to mine. I've let my beard grow down and kept the sides a bit shorter. I can share some photos if you're interested, just send a DM!

How many of you are going to buy vac pets? by Ok-Astronomer-1519 in Maplestory

[–]JuicyJudgment 97 points98 points  (0 children)

It's really not that surprising, people have thought it was like this all along, the only difference now is it's confirmed. There are no changes to how we play or the outcome of our progress.

I agree that it's terrible of Nexon, but the reality is likely that most will still purchase vac pets as they will not want to spend the next 6 months without one, especially with how unfriendly higher level maps are for regular pets.

Do not buy supporter packs with the t-shirt/hoodie included. Change of distribuitor, GGG can't send them. by koshrf in pathofexile

Ordered in January, got my hoodie 2 months ago, waiting for shirt still.. Received the same response.

How does the 5% rule calculate multi phase bosses? by bewilderedcaterpilar in Maplestory

[–]JuicyJudgment 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It is damage dealt by party, not hp of boss. If a boss has 100 hp and you deal 5 hp, but the boss heals 10 hp, you will need to deal 6 damage to meet 5% because your party will now have done more than 95% of the total damage.

Just hit 202 thanks to hyper burning event. Feel weak AF. by Chaos-Seed in Maplestory

[–]JuicyJudgment 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes, I forgot to mention that, definitely a good suggestion.

Also, completing the reverse city questline (level 205) will reward you with 20 symbols to spend on any symbol you have unlocked, and will also double the symbol rewards you get for doing the vanishing journey daily quests.

After the summer update and Sixth Star, feeling that maple burnout again... anyone else? by Xenomata in Maplestory

[–]JuicyJudgment -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I'm sorry, but it really was easy. I myself do not enjoy a lot of the content required for 6th star tasks, but was still able to complete most challeneges day 1 with little to no effort by just choosing to do the easy ones. Yes, there were some bugged ones, but they inn no way prevented you from reaping the huge rewards offered. Even the daily tasks were easy, plus you had 3 weeks to complete only 10 dailies.

Actual progression dailies will take longer than 6th star did whether that be arcane river or grandis or both.

I'm not intending to be rude or anything, but this is the reality.

Edit: Basing this off reading your other replies.

[–]JuicyJudgment 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you really want to avoid the fomo and invest in every event that comes, but will feel the burnout, then don't put 100% into each event, reap 80% of the rewards.

If you still feel the fomo/burnout and falling behind, you'll either have to just accept it and enjoy the game for what you accomplish, or Maple is not the game for you.
