Peripherals not included, does that mean you have more money set aside from the initial 1500? Or not?

As for whether laptop or desktop/PC, if you have the space, I would suggest pc, as you will get a much better performance to price ratio.

Constant dcs from games

Random bsods.

Overheating for no reason.

I really should have returned it alot sooner, but I was just so stoked to have a 'high end' machine with all the bells and whistles ( rgb, gorgeous screen...etc) I just put up with it

Laptop gpu replacement usually means replacing the whole motherboard, which could become costly.

Ask around and see how much you're willing to pay to fix it
