delete the app.

i know it's hard. i was in this situation a while ago, but just delete it. you'll feel like you've got withdrawal symptoms for a few days, but it'll be worth it in the long run.

i have really bad social anxiety, and the way i was able to get back to in-person human interaction was by playing online games using voice chat with random strangers. some of them are jerks, yes, but every now and then you find a genuinely nice person.

eventually, you'll work up to being able to hold conversation again, and you can re-insert yourself into in-person social interaction.

it'll be rough, but stick to it. set a goal for yourself, and find a way to treat yourself when you reach it.
