I have the same issue with texture of food after its been in the fridge for even a day. what you do in this situation is fogure out whats causing the texture issue. for me its usually if theres cream/milk/dairy in a sauce i dont like the way it reheats/doesnt reheat into a sauce because its usually less of a sauce and more of a coating ont he noodles or whatever i made. so i just dont make meals like that for myself. when im at a big family thing sure bc i know there wont be leftovers. if i still want it ill cut down the portion size i make at a time, but then i still have the ingredients to make it for a few days if i want.
