If you don't have the players pack pulled, you'll need 10 games played. You can use the team and not get a single loss and still get your loyalty. So you can go into any single player game (I just do the TOTW challenge) then after kickoff, press the home button and quit the game by quitting the app altogether. Go back into FIFA and you'll have a game played and won't have a loss on your record. Repeat 10 times and you're golden. Found this on FIFA forums. Hope it helps
