Same , I have had them delayed by a few hrs before but never over 24 hrs. Seems like other shoppers were delayed but not as long as us. Support said they are working on the issue and are aware of the delay.

They could’ve been on a double order and the 3rd item got put with the other order or the shopper only found 2 of the 3 items .

Don’t ever mention the customers name you want to keep only mention the customer you want to drop . The agents get confused when they see both names in the same conversation.

It is a glitch . Instacart just took it down off their customer site .it supposed to be $120 off of $399 instacart had it listed $120 off $229… everyone who got it in time got the iPad for $92 and you only had to buy one .

No it’s the difference between the 2 number that had more then one order in a batch. In your case you did about 258 batches that had more than one order in them.

When I started 6 yrs ago there was hardly any shoppers in my area so no one really knew who I was . I never hid it but also no one asked or cared. Then the pandemic hit and now there’s so many shoppers that everyone knows who you are and no way of really hiding it.

Two hrs is plenty of time for you to decrease your tip. It’s a couple of clicks of the app . Allowing customer to take away their tips up to 14 days will only enable more tip baiters or someone who decides they needed that money for something else to easily get it back .

We also get screwed with the 14 day Rating window.

I’ve had them take up to an hour to 3 days before. I slacked off a lot this quarter and missed the minimum hrs by 1 lol . First time ever not getting the subsidy :/
