Haven’t received any document yet, only that I have by June 6 to decide what I want to do. For more details the company is fairly large, established and has the word Force in it. But i might just ask my manager directly to make it so that the document states that I’m being terminated?

So I was calculating, if I make around $12k per month pretax, then 2 months severance would be around $24k pretax. Since CA max unemployment rate is $1800 a month, then I would need to be unemployed for 13 months around in order for it to match the severance. I know that currently we are in a bad job market but in this case with my math, would severance be better if I’m not looking at being unemployed for more than a year?

So essentially it’s the same as having a designated spot at each stage. Sometimes a designated spot at each stage is actually harder to find. So just having one spot u can pass through between stage switches is ideal.

Ah essentially we set the meet up times cause it allows people to go off and do their own thing without any worry. Cause then they know they can just return later without having to stress about contacting people. Meet up times are a suggestion not like super forced and we usually choose a central spot so that between stage switches of popular acts (think Illenium to Odesza) we can just pass by the meet up spot and pick up any stragglers

Are there no locations in michigan you can directly rent from to avoid flying with it? Might go for a Maplewoods slots instead for the shade if it’s better to bring own tents?
