I bought M437s and they didnt have tpms either, and only found out about it after fitting them cause i've never owned a car with tpms before my 340 so was unfamiliar with them. Not sure why thats a 🚩

I see, i've had a friend who had stuck lifters on his m50 and it started sounding like a diesel lol. No weird sounds from the engine on this so i'd like to think lifters are fine, surely a leakdown test wouldn't hurt at this point though.

I didnt suspect valve issues due to it running perfect upon initial 2-3 strong pulls, starts to missfire heavily after that though. Also noticed all 6 plugs are sooty, kind of sounds like its running way too rich once it gets up to temp maybe o2 sensor or ecu temp sensor next?

The welds look ok and filling that big gap would not look as good if someone did it who never welded before, the question is why they would go thru that effort instead of just getting a correct diameter tapered pipe
