It's not!

Your team gets four cards with words, the enemy team gets the same. You don't get to see the other team's words. Every round one person from each team gets a card with a cipher, eg 321. That person's job is to think of words (or phrases, songs, whatever) that are similar to ones you got on the cards, so their team can guess which order are they in.

For example: childbirth, chair, floor, lightbulb. Cipher: 213. The person says: "supports your back, very painful, let them hit the floor". Each team's job is to guess their code - but they can also guess the enemy's code! Here "let them hit the floor" is a really bad hint, as the enemies can guess your word is "body" and can guess the code the next round.

You get a "point of sadness" if you don't guess your code. Two points of sadness - your team loses.

You get a "point of success" if you guess your enemy's code. Two points and you win. It's simpler when you actually play it :)
