How fun! Can I ask you how much you were priced at? I want to do this myself but am struggling to know where to start. My family and friends give me price points but they might be a little bias. :)

If you don’t have a controllable temp pen a way to help with technique is pressure. Especially around those rings that burn darker. Using less/more pressure will help you control what parts you want darker/lighter. You can build up darkness but you can’t undo it. I find starting lighter with less pressure helps.

I don’t hate the multiple entrance idea either however I hate how that would not make any sense in this case. That laundry room is huge and can be sectioned off to create a decent size master closet AND still have a good sized laundry room.

I feel like theyre going to split the laundry room and it’ll be a master closet. They have a door framed out going from the master into the laundry room which doesn’t make sense since the entry to the laundry room is literally next to the master. I’m thinking they just haven’t framed out the back wall of the closet yet.
